Simply send us an email or open a support ticket in our billing system with subject: Refund Request, for a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of date of purchase. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your order/invoice number so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment gateway or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
The offending service will be brought offline, and left in a suspended state.
A support ticket will be opened to the service owner detailing the offense and the necessary steps required to resolve the situation.
Once the service owner replies to the ticket acknowledging that they understand the issue and how to correct the problem, the service will be reactivated and the service owner will have 24 hours to prevent any further abuse.
After we receive the refund request, it takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for other services) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
The request for refund MUST be received WITHIN THIRTY(30) DAYS from the date of receipt for the service activation. Any requests received after (thirty) 30 days from service activation date will not be accepted for refund. Refunds are not mandatory to be issued if abused. Accounts that have requested multiple services and requested a refunded multiple times are subject to suspension and/or termination at the discretion of TheHostShed.
Our billing team will inspect verify and approve the refund. The service must be WITHIN THE FIRST THIRTY (30) DAYS OF ACTIVATION in order for refunds to be processed. We will refund the full cost of the invoiced amount.
We do not provide refunds for services that have been active for LONGER THAN THIRTY (30) DAYS.
The service CANNOT BE SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED at the time of the request for a refund.
